The hotel staff were attentive, (especially the bar staff) who promptly fulfilled all requests. I found the variety of food available to be quite satisfying, with themed nights offering new culinary experiences. The room cleaning service was consistent and thorough.

I had some difficulty with the WiFi connection. Its speed occasionally lagged, causing interruptions while streaming videos.

The main restaurant included themed nights with diverse cuisines. A pizza counter made pizzas to order, and an outdoor grill offered freshly grilled items. The gala night featured steak, prawns, and vegetables.

The staff acted friendly enough, acceptable.

The food was a real letdown. I found the quality lacking, especially when dining at restaurants outside the all-inclusive buffet where several items required additional payments. The Wi-Fi was terrible too. It was nearly impossible to connect consistently, it made planning activities a real chore
