A Relaxing Getaway
friendly staff themed nights room cleaning
The hotel staff were attentive, (especially the bar staff) who promptly fulfilled all requests. I found the variety of food available to be quite satisfying, with themed nights offering new culinary experiences. The room cleaning service was consistent and thorough.
I had some difficulty with the WiFi connection. Its speed occasionally lagged, causing interruptions while streaming videos.

The main restaurant included themed nights with diverse cuisines. A pizza counter made pizzas to order, and an outdoor grill offered freshly grilled items. The gala night featured steak, prawns, and vegetables.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Waiters provided attentive service around the pool. The staff arranged room decorations and a birthday cake to celebrate my wife's birthday.

The hotel has a big pool. The sunbeds around the pool were comfortable. The hotel is near the beach, it offers direct access to coral reefs. A bus service takes you to a park with water slides.

poor quality food inconsistent wi-fi
The staff acted friendly enough, acceptable.
The food was a real letdown. I found the quality lacking, especially when dining at restaurants outside the all-inclusive buffet where several items required additional payments. The Wi-Fi was terrible too. It was nearly impossible to connect consistently, it made planning activities a real chore

excellent service clean room diverse food
the service was excellent staff were very good and helpful. the room was very clean and well kept. the food had a lot of variety with diverse choices and the drinks were great and varied.

the hotel is a short walk to the beach area for hotel guests. there are shops nearby with somewhat pushy salespeople. the hotel is near a park with slides accessible by bus.

the room included a terrace with chairs and sun beds. the room was very clean and well maintained by el sayed. my room was decorated for my birthday including a cake and champagne.

the hotel offers lots of activities including yoga with magda and aqua gym with ahmed and amr. there is a kids corner with nour and a daily mini disco for children. the animation team is very friendly.

attentive staff delicious food clean beach
The hotel staff provided really good service, always attentive to our needs. The food was delicious with many options! The beach was close by and very clean. The water was clear. I not sketchy at all .
The WiFi connection was slow at times. This made streaming videos difficult.
